1. Is printing actually being done here, or are you simply importing printed products like a lot of other companies do? Yes! We do all of our printing right here in Minnesota.
2. Is the drinkware dishwasher safe? Yes, we use the sturdiest inks on the market.
3. What kind of turn-around times should we expect? Orders typically ship out within 15 business days of receiving proof approval from the customer.
4. I'm wanting to print on a mug or garment that I don't see in your catalog... Can you still help? Most likely! We curate our catalog with the products we recommend most confidently, but we work with nearly every major manufacturer in the drinkware and apparel space. If you're looking for something you're not immediately seeing, reach out and let us know!
5. Are your print minimums firm? Yes, drinkware requires a 72 unit minimum and apparel requires a 48 unit minimum. A lot of time goes into art prep and setting up the machines for every job that we do... We would lose money jobs if we printed under our minimums. There simply isn't the margin to print 12 units of your uncle's cat on a glass. Even though we're very sure the cat is cute and deserves to be on a glass.
